Who is responsible for your data?

DineroFlow is the controller of personal information submitted through dineroflow.net. Contact us at dineroflowfx@gmail.com or through the official DineroFlow Telegram group.

What we collect

When you apply, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, Telegram username, chosen pathway, relevant experience and the problem you want help solving. We also process basic technical security data such as request time and a short-lived hashed network value to prevent abuse.

We collect first-party statistical totals for active pages, visits, pages viewed and broad sources such as Instagram, Snapchat or direct traffic. A temporary random session ID lets us estimate active tabs and is deleted after inactivity; it is not stored in a cookie or used to recognise you on a future visit. We do not store raw IP addresses or device fingerprints. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics also receives website usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, device type and approximate location. We do not send application field values to analytics.

Why we use it

  • To review and respond to your application and route you to a suitable pathway.
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
  • To understand anonymous website and campaign performance.

Our basis for application handling is taking steps at your request before providing a service and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries. We use the statistical-purpose exception for the anonymous first-party counter and provide an easy opt-out. Optional Google Analytics relies on consent.

Who receives it

Application records are stored using our website hosting and database provider and sent to DineroFlow’s private Telegram applicant channel for follow-up. Optional analytics is processed by Google. Market-price widgets and data providers may receive ordinary technical request data when their services load. These providers may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards and terms.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or inactive applications are reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Active client or partner records may be kept for the duration of the relationship and for up to six years afterwards where needed for legal, accounting, dispute or security records. Analytics retention is controlled in Google Analytics. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can use “Privacy settings” on the website to stop future anonymous first-party statistics and reject or withdraw optional Google Analytics. Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Email us to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Automated decisions and changes

Applications are not accepted or rejected solely by automated decision-making. We may update this notice when our services or providers change; the date above shows the latest revision.
